I designed the visual identity for the release of Gothony’s single Misery Ending. The project included the single cover artwork, shirt design and poster for the release event. The goal was to convey deep despair and pain while leaving room for a subtle sense of hope. The visual language needed to reflect the dark, intense atmosphere of a heavy metal band.
The work was created using Infinite Painter, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator, combining digital painting techniques with vector-based layout and typography.

The faceless figure on the single cover symbolizes escape, detachment from anguish, and the fragmentation of identity. The figure in the background represents hope, a guiding force leading toward a better place and serving as a counterbalance to the otherwise dark theme.
